2 Ingredient “Cookies”

/, Sweets/2 Ingredient “Cookies”

Well these are a cross between cake and cookie in texture. I have seen this recipe floating around for years so thought I would try it out.

Base recipe is 2 bananas and 1 cup of oats. I blitz the oats just to make them a tad finer. I add two bananas and blitz on speed 4 until just combined. About 10-15 secs. Spoon mixture onto a prepared tray in small “mounds” and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. It makes 10-12 cookies.

You can add extra flavours if desired. I’m not a huge banana fan so haven’t eaten these but my partner says they taste good (he loves bananas though).

I have these baking in the oven right now and they smell amazing! I put a bit of vanilla and some white chocolate chips in mine. Can’t wait to try them! Thank you for a great recipe! Xx
