These also make nice rissoles to go with some steam veg and potato bake in winter or salad in summer.

These are great to keep in the freezer for a quick dinner or lunch.

You can use these in wraps, buns or even lettuce cups for a healthier option:

  7. I let these sit in the fridge for a few hours if I have time before cooking to avoid any falling apart.
  8. Fry in a frying pan or on the BBQ on a medium heat until cooked through. It took me about 10 mins today.
  9. Drain on paper towel.
  10. Place on a bun/bread with toppings of choice.

Another winner Peta. So delicious and healthy. I made the beef mince by mincing diced beef. Would now just like to know how to make hm made French onion soup mix! Tx.

Hi there, just wondering what I could use instead of the soup mix? My hubby can’t have it. Is it just for flavour? Could I just use some stock paste or something instead?

Hi Jackie. Some stock paste would be perfect. Its just to give it a delicious kick of flavour.
