Need a last minute gift but short on ingredients and time?
This is for you! It’s surprisingly delicious. Dark chocolate works extremely well for this.


{Candy Cane Bark}
200g cooking chocolate of choice
3 candy canes

Place candy canes into tmx.
Turbo twice or until desired consistency is achieved. It’s just a rough chop.
Remove from bowl.
With a dry cloth wipe out the tmx bowl or wash out if preferred.
Place chocolate in to bowl. Melt at 50 degrees, speed 3 for approximately 2-3 minutes. Scrape down every 30-45 seconds.
Remove as soon as it has comoletely melted and is glossy.
Onto baking paper spread the melted chocolate out into a thin layer.
Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top.
Work quickly as the thin layer can sometimes set very quickly.
Pop into the fridge for 15 minutes.
Break into shards and gift wrap as needed.
