Does anyone know Jupiter Bars? They are a yummy chewy caramel peanut bar that I’m addicted to when I can find them. These are quite similar.
I’m going to be honest and say this was much easier to do by hand using a microwave to melt and wooden spoon and bowl to mix but I’m going to give you the tmx instructions below.
These are a yummy little treat and keep well in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

These are delicious! I used almond butter and crushed almonds instead of the peanuts and they worked brilliantly. I love Jupiter Caramel Bars, they remind me of my school years 🙂 Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
I loved Jupiter bars as a kid and now love that my teenage son just had heaps of fun making these bars himself. Can’t wait for them to come out of the fridge…. Yum
OMG, these are addictive. I made some today and have not been able to stop eating them!
