A friend shared this recipe with me and I just adapted it to the Thermomix. She makes these for her Diwali and Holi Day celebrations.

This is a great recipe to use up the leftover condensed milk we often half when a recipe only calls for half a batch or tin.

Ive rolled mine in sugar free “sprinkles”

Coconut Laddu

  • Author: The road to loving my Thermo Mixer
  • Total Time: 10

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g desiccated coconut
  • Cinnamon or Nutmeg or Cardamon to taste (just a pinch)
  • Sugar free “sprinkles” to roll in

Instructions

  1. Place everything into bowl.
  2. Cook at 70 degrees, speed 3 for 4-5 mins until it forms a dough and you can shape some in your hand and it holds it’s shape somewhat. Continue to heat if it doesn’t.
  3. I was able to roll into balls immediately but my friend said you may need to refrigerate it for 30 mins first.
  4. Roll into balls and roll into coconut.
  5. Keep in the fridge. They will last 4 days.
  6. They can be frozen (I haven’t tried this though).
