The lovely Lisa pointed me in the direction of this salad recipe from the recipe community. This is now my favourite summer meal. It was delicious and there wasn’t any leftovers at all.

I tweaked it a little. My salad consisted of chinese cabbage, cucumber, capsicum, carrot and sliced snow peas. I have also tweaked the dressing to suit our tastes. My dressing can be found here.

This is a must try. Absolutely delicious.

Made this one tonight it’s awesome! Used the snow peas from TRTLMT recipe and exchanged peanuts for walnuts. Get as much line pulp in there as you can very morish!
