Garlic, Chilli and Lime Dressing

//Garlic, Chilli and Lime Dressing

Did you see the delicious salad we had last night for dinner? It was amazing. The flavours were delicious.

I tweaked the dressing to suit our tastes. This is a must try!!!

All you need to do is blitz 2-4 peeled garlic cloves, 1 deseeded chilli and the peel of half a lime on speed 7 until fine. Scrape down. Add 20g fish sauce, 50g brown sugar, juice from the lime (if some of the pulp goes in great!!! It adds little flavour bursts!) 50g olive oil or oil of choice. Mix until combined and sugar has mostly dissolved. Pour into a jar and place a torn up lime keffir leaf in with it. Store in the fridge.

When ready to use give it a good shake and remove the leaf.  Delicious!
