I was wondering what recipe to share with you as the final recipe of the week. This week I have posted a new lunchbox recipe each day on the blog and whilst they have all been very budget friendly and easy, this one is a real winner.  I decided I would share this super easy recipe for Ham and Cheese Roll Ups as this is one that the kiddies love getting involved with. This makes for a great change from the usual sandwich or bread roll.

This recipe comes from my Ready. Steady. Lunch! Mini Cookbook (This book is jam packed full of lunchbox friendly goodies so check it out if you haven’t seen it already!).

Today was the last day of this round of #freezertolunchbox 5 day challenge. This edition was all about recreating store bought favourites. If you missed the challenge and want to know when another is running sign up to our notification mailing list! Today we also released the Freezer to Lunchbox 2016 eBook containing all of this years challenges. It is for sale in the bookshop.
