I saw this on the recipe community and have been eager to try this.

We are heading to a BBQ tonight so I thought I would make it to marinate the chicken breasts in. It smells delicious. My partner keeps walking around the house saying “Gosh that smells good”.

The verdict: I used much much less cumin then asked for in the recipe. I used 20g as its all I had and even that was too much. I would cut it back to 10g personally. It also needed a lot more lemon but that might be because I didn’t add enough in as I just used lemon zest. Overall it was good and I’d make it again.
