Milo Balls

These are super easy and a fun cooking experience for kiddies! My boys had lots of fun helping me make these.

 

Milo Balls
Yields 24

Ingredients
  1. 250g shortbread biscuits, broken in half
  2. 50g milo
  3. 50g desiccated coconut
  4. 1 teas vanilla bean paste
  5. 200ml sweetened condensed milk
  6. Sprinkles/coconut to roll them in.
Instructions
  1. Place biscuits into tmx bowl. Blitz on speed 9 for 10 secs. They can be as coarse or fine as you like.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Blitz on speed 3 for 10 secs. Scrape down. Repeat.
  4. Leave it to rest for 30 minutes to harden slightly.
  5. Roll into 24 small balls and roll in sprinkles or coconut.
  6. I store them in the fridge but serve at room temperature.

      Yes any plain biscuit works 🙂
