Ingredients
  1. 200g dried pitted dates (or dried fruit of choice)
  2. 150g almonds (or any nuts or seeds of choice)
  3. 1.5 Tbsp cacao powder
  4. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 2 Tbsp honey or rice malt syrup
Then mix like this
  1. Place all of the ingredients into bowl. Process on Speed 9 until a dough forms. This will take about a minute. The longer you process the more dough like the mixture will become. If your mixture isn’t moist enough add an extra couple of dates or a few drops of water to help bring it together.
  2. Remove mixture from bowl with a spatula and roll into mini balls. You can roll these in some extra cacao or coconut if desired.
  3. Store in an airtight jar and into the fridge. These will keep for approximately 2 weeks.
