Mixed Berry Jam
  1. 500g berries of choice
  2. 300g jam setting sugar
  3. Squeeze of vanilla bean paste, to taste
  1. Put all of the ingredients in the bowl.
  2. Place steamer basket on top of the secured lid. This avoids any splatters but still lets steam escape.
  3. Cook for 20 mins, speed 2, 100 degrees.
  1. If you put more sugar in the thicker it becomes.
