I think this is one of my favourite things the Tmx can do!

This is a great filler for a sandwich, healthy and much more cost effective than deli meats. I can buy chicken breasts for $8.99 a kilo (a little more for organic and or free range). If you have a look at the deli the cheapest processed chicken roll meat is over $12.00 a kilo. I know which one I prefer.

I marinate two chicken breasts, cut into 6 pieces each, in a homemade marinade or seasoning blend and steam in the Varoma for 25 mins. I then pop them into the emptied bowl and blitz on reverse, speed 4 or 5 for 4-8 secs. I find I generally need speed 5 to get through the pieces. If you have smaller pieces speed 4 will work fine. I always keep an eye on them to avoid chicken paste.

This is so good to have ready to go in the freezer for those last minute pizza nights!
