I’ve spent most of the week with a cold. Not fun at all in summer!
I can’t stand the smell of store bought vapour rubs. I think it brings up too many memories of being sick as a child. I loooooove the smell of eucalyptus though so have made my own rub.
I have some in a little tub but also filled some lip gloss tubes so I can use it under my nose easily and keep in my handbag.
Vapour Rub

Great …sorry you had to be unwell to discover this, though it is then when we are most persistant 🙂
We have been using this for a couple of months now and just wanted to say it works wonderfully.
As soon as the kiddies get sniffles or coughs it goes straight on their chest and feet with socks on. Not only does it smell so much nicer then store bought rubs.. I love knowing what’s in it!
Thanks Peta!
