Description
To freeze: place in a single layer in an airtight, freezer safe container.

- 1 red apple, cored and quartered
- 2 large banana
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 200g rolled oats
Instructions
Then mix like this
- Preheat oven to 180C. I recommend using a silicone muffin form to cook these in so they pop out easily.
- Place apple into bowl. Speed 7 / 5 seconds. Scrape down.
- Add remaining ingredients except the oats. Speed 7 / 6 seconds.
- Add oats. Reverse + Speed 2 until just mixed.
- Place a tablespoon and a half of mixture into each muffin hole. Press down to compact.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool completely then transfer to a wire rack.
Or cook like this

- Add banana to a bowl and mash until smooth.
- Grate apple into the same bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix with a spoon until combined.
- Place a tablespoon and a half of mixture into each muffin hole. Press down to compact.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool completely then transfer to a wire rack.
