Keeping on the lunchbox theme, I am sharing my Apple Oat Slice recipe with you. To be honest I wasn’t sure whether I should call this a slice or a cake.
This slice is moister than traditional slices (almost cake like hence not knowing what to call it) so keeps really well.
It is a delicious slice full of apple, oats and cinnamon. It is a delicious lunchbox filler that can be frozen and thawed before sending off to school.
