- 100g shredded coconut
- 100g dried apple rings
- 100g sultanas
- desiccated coconut for rolling
Instructions
Then mix like this
- Place everything into the bowl. Speed 10 / 60 seconds.
- Note: These can be oily due to the brand and the natural coconut oils and the heat build up when mixing. This isn’t noticeable once rolled and refrigerated.
- Roll mixture into 20 small balls and roll in coconut to coat.
- Store in a container in the fridge for up to a week.
