Ingredients

Scale
  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 100g dried apple rings
  • 100g sultanas
  • desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

Then mix like this

  1. Place everything into the bowl. Speed 10 / 60 seconds.
  2. Note: These can be oily due to the brand and the natural coconut oils and the heat build up when mixing. This isn’t noticeable once rolled and refrigerated.
  3. Roll mixture into 20 small balls and roll in coconut to coat.
  4. Store in a container in the fridge for up to a week.
