Ingredients

- 3 very ripe small bananas
- 155g self raising flour
- 80g maple syrup, honey or sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat cake pop maker. Alternatively preheat oven to 180C and line a mini muffin tray with cases.
- Place bananas, maple syrup and golden syrup into bowl. Speed 4 / 5 seconds. Scrape down.
- Place remaining ingredients into bowl. Speed 3 / 10 seconds. Scrap down. Repeat.
- Pour a teaspoon of mixture into each hole of the cake pop maker. Alternatively, place into the prepared muffin cases and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Your machine will have a ready light light up once your bites are cooked through however always check your machines manual as they all differ.
- Check that the bites are completely cooked through before removing.
Notes
But I don’t have a Thermo Mixer
- Simply mash the bananas with a fork and combine all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon.
