Ingredients
Scale
- 45g oats
- 80g sugar of choice
- 400g tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed (this will weigh 250g once drained)
- 40–50g cocoa or cocao, depedning on how string you like it
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100g butter
- 100s & 1000s to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- Place oats into the bowl.
- Blitz on speed 7 for 20 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Blitz on speed 5 for 30 seconds. This will be a wet mix but will be able to be formed into balls.
- Roll balls and place onto a lined baking tray.
- Flatten slightly and sprinkle with 100s and 1000s.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
