Base
- 400g chocolate biscuits
- 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
Topping
- 200g good quality white chocolate
- 1 tsp butter or coconut oil
- 100g cream filled chocolate biscuits
Instructions
Then mix like this
- Line a 20x20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
- Place biscuits into bowl. Speed 8 / 8 seconds. Scrape down sides.
- Add condensed milk. Speed 8 until combined.
- Place base mixture into tin and press down to form an even layer. Place into fridge whilst preparing the topping.
- Wash and dry the mixer bowl.
- Add white chocolate and butter/oil to bowl. Melt 60C / 4 minutes / Speed 2 or until melted.
- Meanwhile, chop the biscuits roughly and sprinkle over the base.
- Pour melted chocolate over the slice.
- Allow to set in the fridge for a few hours.
- Remove slice from fridge and bring to room temperature before slicing into very small bite size cubes.
Or cook like this
- Line a 20x20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
- Place biscuits into a food processor. Mix on high for 5 seconds.
- Add condensed milk. Mix on a medium speed until combined.
- Place base mixture into tin and press down to form an even layer. Place into fridge whilst preparing the topping.
- Add white chocolate and butter/oil to a microwave bowl. Cook on medium heat for 45-60 seconds to melt completely.
- Pour melted chocolate over the slice.
- Allow to set in the fridge for a few hours.
- Remove slice from fridge and bring to room temperature before slicing into very small bite size cubes.
