I’m in heaven.
There are fancier versions of this out there I’m sure but this is perfectly fine for me.
I had a few spare ingredients leftover from my cookies and cream chocolates and milo balls so made this up as I went along.
This is just a small batch. I would recommend doubling it if giving for gifts.

Cookies and Cream Fudge
Ingredients

- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 25g crushed Oreo biscuits
- 300g white cooking chocolate
Instructions
- Melt chocolate at 50 degrees, speed 3 for 3 minutes. Scrape down.
- Add condensed milk. Cook at 50 degrees, speed 3 for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Add crushed cookies through the hole in the last 15 secs.
- Pour into a tin lined with baking paper.
- Refrigerate until set.
- This tastes amazing served at room temperature.
