I’m in heaven.

There are fancier versions of this out there I’m sure but this is perfectly fine for me.

I had a few spare ingredients leftover from my cookies and cream chocolates and milo balls so made this up as I went along.

This is just a small batch. I would recommend doubling it if giving for gifts.




Cookies and Cream Fudge

  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 25g crushed Oreo biscuits
  • 300g white cooking chocolate


  1. Melt chocolate at 50 degrees, speed 3 for 3 minutes. Scrape down.
  2. Add condensed milk. Cook at 50 degrees, speed 3 for 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Add crushed cookies through the hole in the last 15 secs.
  4. Pour into a tin lined with baking paper.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
  6. This tastes amazing served at room temperature.
