The other day I was on a cookies and cream roll. I made fudge and hot chocolate. From those I made these icey poles.
50g white chocolate melted in the tmx on at 50 degrees, speed 3. Add 10g crushed chocolate cream biscuits. Mix and add 500mls milk and a dash of vanilla.
Sprinkle some extra crushed cookies into each mould. Pour milk mixture into the icey pole moulds and freeze.
If you want a creamier icey pole make custard from the EDC, add chocolate and biscuits and pour into moulds.
