Easter Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g cooking chocolate of choice, broken up into pieces
  • 24 mini easter eggs
  • sprinkles of choice

Instructions

Then mix like this

  1. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place chocolate into bowl.
  3. 5 minutes / 60C / Speed 2.
  4. Spread chocolate out into a large circle or oval.
  5. Place Easter eggs into chocolate and press down gently.
  6. Scatter sprinkles over the top in any pattern you like.
  7. Place into the fridge for 2 hours.
  8. Break up into shards.

Or cook like this

  1. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place chocolate into a microwave safe bowl. You may wish to add a teaspoon of coconut oil or butter.
  3. Cook on Medium heat for 1 minute and 15 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.
  4. Spread chocolate out into a large circle or oval.
  5. Place Easter eggs into chocolate and press down gently.
  6. Scatter sprinkles over the top in any pattern you like.
  7. Place into the fridge for 2 hours.
  8. Break up into shards.
