- 200g cooking chocolate of choice, broken up into pieces
- 24 mini easter eggs
- sprinkles of choice
Instructions
Then mix like this
- Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Place chocolate into bowl.
- 5 minutes / 60C / Speed 2.
- Spread chocolate out into a large circle or oval.
- Place Easter eggs into chocolate and press down gently.
- Scatter sprinkles over the top in any pattern you like.
- Place into the fridge for 2 hours.
- Break up into shards.
Or cook like this
- Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Place chocolate into a microwave safe bowl. You may wish to add a teaspoon of coconut oil or butter.
- Cook on Medium heat for 1 minute and 15 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Spread chocolate out into a large circle or oval.
- Place Easter eggs into chocolate and press down gently.
- Scatter sprinkles over the top in any pattern you like.
- Place into the fridge for 2 hours.
- Break up into shards.
