Description
A quick easy truffle for gift giving.
Ingredients
Scale
- 400g of chocolate of choice, you make make multiple flavours if preferred
- 100g condensed milk
- Flavourings of choice, see variations listed below
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in bowl at 50 degrees, speed 4 until melted.
- In an ice cube tray, pour a little chocolate into each hole. Use your finger or a brush to ensure the base and sides have a coating of chocolate to help form a shell.
- Allow to set just slightly (or completely if you have the time).
- Place approximately a quarter of the melted chocolate into a separate bowl along with the condensed milk. Stir until fudge like consistency. You may need to add a little extra chocolate to the mix if it isn’t “fudgey” enough.
- Place a small amount of this fudge mixture into each hole on top of the chocolate.
- Spoon over more melted chocolate to “seal” the truffle. Ensure the fudge is completely covered.
- Tap chocolate mould on the bench to release any air bubbles.
- Allow to set in the fridge.
- These will keep up to two weeks.
Notes
