Merry TRTLMT Mixmas! For 12 days, starting on the 13th, I will be blogging a gift for you to say thank you for all your support in 2016! It truly is appreciated. Its been a busy year with Freezer to Lunchbox Challenges (sign up here to know when the next one is on), Lunchbox cookbooks and the VERY popular Mixing It Slow Cookbook. Thank you so much for all your support and love.
Here is your gift for Day 11! Only 1 more gift left.
This is a favourite of mine! This scrub is such a great last minute gift idea for friends. This recipe originally appeared in The Christmas Issue of The 4 Blades Magazine and has been so popular I thought I’d share it with you all.
Simply make and place into a nice jar or container. Print the tags and attach with some string or twine.

As many of you know, I co-own The 4 Blades Mag with the wonderful Bec and Joe Winston from The 4 Blades (seriously check out their AWESOME podcast if you haven’t yet. They are hilarious AND share amazing recipes). We are having a little fun over the next 12 days too!
We think the best bit about the festive season is the food. It’s everywhere! In massive quantities! But it’s not always the best for the waistline. Never fear, healthy doesn’t have to mean void of taste. Check out the Fresh Produce Issue and The Healthy New Year Issue to inject a little bit of fresh and healthy into your frivolity.
