Thermomix Recipes posted a great Milo Biscuits recipe this morning and I thought I would whip some up as a treat for my kiddies for afternoon tea. 

I adapted the recipe slightly. Here are my changes:

  • Reduced the sugar to 140g
  • Added 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste 
  • Added 1/4 cup of flaxseed (linseed) meal.

You can barely tell the linseeds are in it. I love sneaking this into a lot of my baking lately.
