Ingredients
Scale
- 300g raw sugar
- 3/4 cup of olive or coconut oil
- 3 drops of peppermint essential oil
- A bunch of Mint leaves or peppermint essential oil
Instructions
- Blitz mint leaves until a very fine, smooth paste/purée is achieved.
- Add sugar (and essential oil if using it) to bowl.
- Stir on soft spoon and drizzle oil in through the hole.
- You want a nice paste. Use as much or as little oil to your preference.
Notes
- The sugar does settle over time so just give your container a little shake once a day or so. If you use it much less just shake when you go to use it or every week or so.
- It should last a about a month or so. If you keep it in the fridge it will last even longer. I will leave mine out otherwise I’ll forget to use it.
- The mint may discolor over time but will still be fine to use.
