Pie Maker Quiches

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 onion, peeled and halved
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 slices of shortcut bacon, diced (or chopped in tmx along with onion etc)
  • 10 baby spinach leaves, sliced (or chopped in tmx along with onion etc)
  • 50g milk
  • 35g plain flour
  • 30g grated cheese
  • pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Then mix like this

  1. Add onion and garlic to bowl. Speed 8 for a few seconds. Scrape down.
  2. Add bacon and a drizzle of oil.Sauté at 5 minutes / 100C / Speed 2.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix on speed 4 until combined, approximately 15 seconds.
  5. Pour into pie maker.
  6. It took about 5-6 minutes to cook each one. I left them in for 8 minutes to brown up a little. Each pie maker differs so be sure to read your instruction manual.
  7. Serve with salad.

Then cook like this

  1. Dice onion and crush garlic. Add to a frying pan.
  2. Add bacon and a drizzle of oil. Cook until onion has softened.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Add bacon mix to the bowl.
  4. Pour into pie maker.
  5. It took about 5-6 minutes to cook each one. I left them in for 8 minutes to brown up a little. Each pie maker differs so be sure to read your instruction manual.
  6. Serve with salad.
