  • 1 batch of 120 biscuit cookie dough (see link in description above)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Line 4 baking trays with baking paper.
  3. Add the first tablespoon of cinnamon to the prepared cookie dough. Mix well.
  4. Mix the sugar and remaining cinnamon in a bowl. Mix to combine well.
  5. Roll dough into small balls. I rarely get 120 cookies from the recipe. I average about 80 or so. Im happy with that size of cookie and amount.
  6. Traditional Snickerdoodles dough is rolled completely in cinnamon sugar but I find this far too sugary. I roll the top of the dough ball in the sugar only. Place into baking tray and press down with fingers.
  7. Repeat for all balls of dough.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until just slightly golden brown. Don’t over bake these. You want a nice soft cinnamon cookie.
