Thick Set Raspberry Jam
Ingredients
  1. 300g frozen raspberries
  2. 280g jam setting sugar
  3. Squeeze of vanilla bean paste
Instructions
  1. Put everything in the bowl.
  2. Cook at 100 degrees for 20 mins at speed 2.
  3. Scrape down.
  4. Then steaming temperature for 8 mins at speed 2.
  5. Scrape down and pop into jars.
Notes
  1. The longer you cook this for the thicker it gets.
