This recipe makes 10 bars or 20 squares.
Ingredients

- 250g toasted muesli of choice
- 350g dried apricots
Instructions
- Line a square cake tin with baking paper.
- Place muesli and dried apricots into bowl. Speed 9 / 45-60 seconds.
- Pour mixture into prepared tin.
- Smooth over with a glass or hands.
- Place into the fridge to firm up for an hour or more.
- Once firm, slice into bars and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Notes
But I don’t have a Thermo Mixer
- Simply blend the ingredients in a food processor on high speed until a dough forms. This will take up to 2 minutes depending on your machine.
