Ingredients
Scale
- 300g water
- 95g cornflour
- 100g plain flour
- 20g salt
- 55g sugar
- 30g vinegar
Instructions
- Place water into bowl. Speed 3, 100 degrees for 5 mins.
- Place everything else into the bowl.
- Cook at 70 degrees, speed 3 for 5 mins.
- Cool and pour into a jar or container with a lid.
- Store in fridge.
