A quick and easy weeknight meal.
Ingredients

- 400g dry pasta
- 1/2 onion, peeled and halved
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 30g spinach leaves
- 10g oil
- 100g ham, diced
- 300mls cream
- 30g parmesan cheese, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon Herbamare or salt
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain, pour into insulated server and set aside.
- Place cheese into bowl. Blitz on speed 8 until fine. Set aside.
- Place onion, garlic and spinach into bowl.
- Blitz on speed 7 for 4 seconds. Scrape down.
- Add oil. Cook at 100 degrees, speed 2 for 4 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except pasta.
- Cook 100 degrees, reverse, speed 1 for 10 minutes.
- Add cheese.
- Cook 100 degrees, reverse, speed 1 for 1 minute.
- Pour sauce over pasta and stir through.
- Allow to sit for a few minutes to thicken. The longer it sits the thicker it will get.
- Serve with a little extra parmesan over the top.
