Ingredients

- 400g dry pasta
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 30g spinach leaves, sliced
- 10g oil
- 100g ham, diced
- 300mls cream
- 30g grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Herbamare or salt
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain and set aside.
- Place onion, garlic and spinach into a frying pan along with the oil.
- Cook over a medium heat until translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients except pasta.
- Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Approximately 10 minutes.
- Add cheese.
- Stir until melted.
- Pour sauce over pasta and stir through.
- Allow to sit for a few minutes to thicken. The longer it sits the thicker it will get.
