- Pork Belly with Honey Spiced Glaze
Honey carrots
- 2 bunches of dutch carrots, tops chopped off
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 500g hot water
Instructions
- Cook pork belly according to packet instructions.
- Place hot water into bowl.
- Rinse carrots (2 bunches).
- Place into bottom and top steaming tray.
- 12 minutes / steaming temperature / speed 3.
- Check they are cooked to your liking. Do not overcook as they can be soggy.
- Place into a dish. Drizzle honey over carrots.
- Place smalls dabs of butter over carrots and toss to melt the honey and butter. Your carrots should be nice and glossy.
- Serve with pork belly.
Notes
- You can steam other vegetables whilst steaming the carrots.
