Ingredients

- 400g self rising flour
- 500g milk or soy/nut milk
- 90g melted butter or coconut oil
- 80g golden syrup
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Line a large loaf tin with baking paper.
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl or stand mixer.
- Mix until combined. This is a thick batter.
- Pour into prepared tin.
- Bake for 40-60 minutes or until cooked through. Every oven does vary so you may need to cook a little longer than stated.
- Allow to cool on a rack.
- Serve.
