Healthy Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

Scale
  • 220g coconut oil
  • 4 Tbsp cocao or 5 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 12 Tbsp additives of choice – chia seeds, nuts, seeds, coconut, dried fruits etc.

Instructions

  1. Place everything into bowl.
  2. Melt at 50 degrees, speed 2 for 4 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour into moulds.
  4. Set in the fridge or freezer.
  5. Serve immediately from fridge or freezer, especially in hot climates as they melt quickly.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a TMX, simply melt on the stove or in the microwave.
