- 400g lamb mince
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 carrot, roughly chopped
- 1 celery stalk. roughly chopped
- 10g oil
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 50g worstershire sauce
- 100g liquid beef or vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cous Cous
Instructions
- Cook four serves of cous cous according to packet directions.
- Add onion, garlic and carrot to bowl.
- Blitz on speed 7 for 5 seconds. Scrape down.
- Add oil. Cook on 100 degrees, speed 2 for 4 minutes.
- Insert whisk attachment. Break up mince into small chunks and add to bowl.
- Cook on 100 degrees, softest speed for 4 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cook on 100 degrees, softest speed for 10 minutes.
- Serve alongside cous cous.
