Ingredients

- 400g lamb mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 carrot, diced very finely
- 1 celery stalk, diced very finely
- 10g oil
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 50g worstershire sauce
- 100g liquid beef or vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cous Cous
Instructions
- Cook four serves of cous cous according to packet directions.
- Add oil, onion, garlic, carrot and celery to a frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook until aromatic and translucent.
- Break up mince into small chunks and add to pan.
- Cook until browned, storing to break up chunks.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat or simmer for 30 minutes if you have time.
- Serve alongside cous cous.
