Description
A twist on honey mustard chicken.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g chicken breast, chopped into chunks
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 onion, peeled
- 1 carrot,roughly chopped
- 1 small zucchini, roughly chopped
- 1.5 tablespoon honey
- 1.5 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place veggies and parsley into a food processor.
- Process on medium speed until fine. Scrape down.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Process on medium speed until well combined.
- Shape into 14 small patties.
- Cook either in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or in a frying pan over medium heat until cooked through.
Notes
- Due to the honey, it may splatter slightly in a pan so keep that in mind. Turn the heat down slightly if that does happen.
- If you don’t have a food processor, use chicken mince and grate your veggies before mixing.
