Mango Passionfruit Crush
I have lots of passionfruit and mango to use up so have been experimenting. I think Ive just mastered a homemade "crush" that tastes pretty similar to my favourite store bought version. Perfect for summer entertaining.
Watermelon Slushies
Just what we need after school! I'm not the hugest fan of these but my boys love these with a passion. A little added mint is a nice addition too for something a little different. The quantaties are approximate depending on how you like your consistency. If you want it a little sweeter add a tablespoon of fine rose sugar or similar to it for a sweet flavour hit along with the watermelon.
Chocolate Honey Ice Creams
I'm trying to cut down on the refined sugar the boys are eating and have been using honey a little more in my cooking. Baby steps! The boys love these! This made 18 ice cream moulds. You can halve the mixture and decrease cooking time by 20%.
Watermelon Pear Ice Blocks
These are so basic that I wasn't going to post but Mr 5 insisted I take a photo for my friends! My boys loooooove these. It seems an odd combination to me but they love them and gobble them down. A nice healthy after school treat.
