Sugar Free Wild Berry and Chia Jam

There is no refined sugar in this jam so I was a bit skeptical about this but it is actually quite nice and has set to a nice consistency. I gave some to the 3 year old who was not impressed. This has been a big hit! Very easy to make and tastes so fresh and fruity compared to store bought jams. Other fruit such as raspberries, mixed berries or fresh apricots can be used. Apricot Jam Muffins
