Chewy Caramel Tim Tam Cheesecake

My brother in law in coming over tonight for dinner which means I get to make a yummy dessert!!! Those that have been here awhile know I'm a cheesecake addict. As long as there is cheesecake in the world I'm a happy camper.    This is very indulgent! For the base I have used a packet of Tim Tams. You can of course use a plain chocolate biscuit or plain biscuits with a little cocoa powder added.    You can certainly use less Tim Tams for the filling and topping as well. Shaved chocolate shards similar to my Double Chocolate Cheesecake would be delicious.    I've chopped the Tim Tams [...]

Mars Bar Cheesecake

The old "roadies" here know how much I looooooooooove cheesecake. My blog has quite a few in it. You can use any chocolate bar you like in place of the Mars Bar. A more cost effective option for the base is using a plain biscuit and 15g cocoa powder. When using cream cheese without gelatine for cheesecake be sure to buy the full fat version and the non spreadable version otherwise your cheesecake may not set. I find the Philadelphia blocks or Homebrand tubs work best for these no bake cheesecakes. My other cheesecakes: Choc Honeycomb Cheesecake Choc Peppermint Cheesecake Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Double Chocolate Cheesecake Jelly Cheesecake Mars [...]

Toblerone Cheesecake

Everyone has their own version of this and I'm sure there are lots of tmx versions out there as well. This is my quick and simple cheesecake recipe that was given to me and tweaked slightly. It's very rich so trust me when I say a small piece is enough. A more cost effective option for the base is using a plain biscuit and 15g cocoa powder. When using cream cheese without gelatine for cheesecake be sure to buy the full fat version and the non spreadable version otherwise your cheesecake may not set. Double Chocolate Cheesecake

It wouldn't be the weekend without a cheesecake! It feels like every weekend I'm making one leading up to Christmas. Yummo!! This is a great one that sets quickly (in 3-4 hours) due to the chocolate content. Cookies & Cream Cheesecake

The old "roadies" here know how much I love cheesecake. I've posted choc honeycomb, jelly and choc peppermint cheesecakes over the last month or two. All have been incredibly popular. Toni, a lovely liker of this page, asked if I had a cookies and cream cheesecake recipe. I have been meaning to try this in the tmx but just needed an excuse. This is for you Toni :) A more cost effective option for the base is using a plain biscuit and 15g cocoa powder. When using cream cheese without gelatine for cheesecake be sure to buy the full fat version and the non spreadable version otherwise your cheesecake may [...]

Choc Peppermint Cheesecake

I’m off to my best friends house tonight for a night of nibbles, food and laughs. For me this is my idea of heaven. This is my first time out since having our gorgeous 9 week old baby so I’m quietly excited! I am in charge of dessert and naturally it had to be cheesecake. Choc Peppermint Cheesecake it is! A more cost effective option for the base is using a plain biscuit and 15g cocoa powder. When using cream cheese without gelatine for cheesecake be sure to buy the full fat version and the non spreadable version otherwise your cheesecake may not set. I find the Philadelphia blocks or [...]

Choc Honeycomb Cheesecake

If I could eat cheesecake for breakfast I would. I LOVE cheesecake. The "no bake" cheesecakes are so quick and simple. I usually just stick to my kitchenaid mixer for things like this but I thought I'd live a little and try the tmx. I'm such a rebel!!!  It turned out great! Very smooth and creamy with no lumps of cream cheese that didn't mix properly. It was much quicker than my stand mixer too which is another plus! When using cream cheese without gelatine for cheesecake be sure to buy the full fat version and the non spreadable version otherwise your cheesecake may not set. I find the Philadelphia [...]
