A friend shared this recipe with me and I just adapted it to the Thermomix. She makes these for her Diwali and Holi Day celebrations.
This is a great recipe to use up the leftover condensed milk we often half when a recipe only calls for half a batch or tin.
Ive rolled mine in sugar free “sprinkles”

Coconut Laddu

- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 200g desiccated coconut
- Cinnamon or Nutmeg or Cardamon to taste (just a pinch)
- Sugar free “sprinkles” to roll in
Instructions
- Place everything into bowl.
- Cook at 70 degrees, speed 3 for 4-5 mins until it forms a dough and you can shape some in your hand and it holds it’s shape somewhat. Continue to heat if it doesn’t.
- I was able to roll into balls immediately but my friend said you may need to refrigerate it for 30 mins first.
- Roll into balls and roll into coconut.
- Keep in the fridge. They will last 4 days.
- They can be frozen (I haven’t tried this though).
