Another easy treat for Summer!
I make a batch of custard from the EDC and once done and slightly cooled I add a peeled, deseeded mango to it and blitz on speed 9 for 20 secs. Pour into moulds and freeze.
You could use yoghurt instead or follow the EDC ice cream recipe.
