The other day I posted my Passionfruit Custard Tarts. The recipe only called for half a batch of custard and only a little of the passionfruit curd (also posted). Well here is a way to use up the other half of the custard batch and the remaining curd.
Combine 3/4 of the Passionfruit curd (about 1/2 – 3/4 cup depending on your tastes) with half a batch of EDC custard. Pour into icey pole moulds and let set overnight. This made 6 in my moulds.
Delicious! I’m off to have one now.
