Thick Set Raspberry Jam
- 300g frozen raspberries
- 280g jam setting sugar
- Squeeze of vanilla bean paste
- Put everything in the bowl.
- Cook at 100 degrees for 20 mins at speed 2.
- Scrape down.
- Then steaming temperature for 8 mins at speed 2.
- Scrape down and pop into jars.
- The longer you cook this for the thicker it gets.
