The other week when I was playing around with my Cookie Dough Slice recipe it reminded me of a recipe I used to make all the time – Anything Slice. It was a handful of ingredients and some lollies like m&ms, jersey caramels, maltesers and of course clinkers thrown in. It was easy and quick but also hit the spot when asked to bring a morning tea or party treat.
I had a bag of clinkers hiding at the back of the pantry so thought I’d whip up a version for the blog. As mentioned above, you can certainly use any lolly you like! When bringing a plate I always find out what the hosts favourite lolly is and alter the slice to include it.
