Perfect breakfast (or in my case brunch!).
Serve with chopped banana, strawberry and a dollop of yoghurt or cream. Yummo!

Made these for breakfast this morning & the kids loved them. I added extra milk to mine because my boys like to roll their pancakes and they were too thick initially. Loved the cinnamon flavour & I also added some vanilla paste.
I added an extra 100ml of milk as I found the batter was a little to thick for what I’m used to, I loved the base flavour of the cinnamon but wasn’t sure how the kids would like it so I also added two grated apples – apple pie pancakes. YUM!
Really simple and delicious! I also added 2 grated apples as suggested in a previous comment!
Too yummy barely made then out of the pan we ate as we went
