I’m so excited by this! I feel like I’m a genius! The best thing about this is it’s so easy!

If you want a real Toblerone taste use a good quality Swiss chocolate. Lindt have a cooking range of chocolate. Any chocolate will work though for a chocolate nougat. Of course nothing beats the real Toblerone but this is delicious.

It’s as simple as:

  1. Blitzing 20g of nougat until its the texture of coarse breadcrumbs. I posted my version of nougat earlier today (Link below).
  2. Remove nougat from bowl and melt 200g of good quality cooking chocolate. I didn’t clean my bowl before melting but if you dont have much luck with melting chocolate use a clean dry bowl.
  3. Once chocolate is melted, add the nougat to it and blitz until just combined.
  4. Pour into silicone or chocolate moulds and tap on a bench to smooth out the chocolate and to remove any air bubbles.
  5. Refrigerate until set.

Recipe for Nougat can be found here.

50 degrees, speed 2 for 3-5 minutes. Varies for different brands I have found.
